The editor of the local newspaper asserts that the Rockingham’s century-old town hall should be torn down and replaced by a new one to save money (这个大概是要点吧).  It may soundl looks quite reasonable at the first glance but when you take a second thought you will find However, there are several flaws in this section which makes the conclusion inconvincible.(怎么用好however之类的转折词，应该专门练习一下，此处有为了用而用的嫌疑)。

First of all, the editor mentioned that the old town hall is was （时态的一致性大概对中国学生都是一个容易忽视的问题，不是不懂，就是这个经长不出来，一动即错。） too small to accommodate the employees in the town.  I think （是否能起到更好的衔接作用） oOther than torn tearing （应该是太粗心了吧） down the old town hall and replaced by a new one, there are several other solutions.  For example, new halls can be built besides the old hall one to accommodate more people, or move ing some of the departments to other buildings.  Compared with torn tearing down the old hall and building a new one, these solutions may save more money.  Therefore, without further information, the evidence is not strong enough to lead to the correct conclusion.

Secondly, the editor mentioned that the new hall is was（时态问题又来了,拜托至少在同一句句子里不要犯错。)more energy efficient, costing less per square foot to heat or cool than the old one.  Yet, the editor forgot to mention that the new one will would be much larger than in old one in total size.  It is quite possible that the total energy usage is much more for the new one than the old one and without detailed information, we do not know whether it is worth or not.  Since the total energy use may be more, the expense for energy will might increase accordingly.  Therefore, without further information, the conclusion is not convincible. 

Thirdly, the editor claimed that by renting some of the areas of the new hall, the income of the town can could （看来时态的毛病不轻啊） be increasing.  However, problems will come along with the renting of areas.  For example, additional expense may be needed to hire more police guard for the security concerns.  Therefore, it is not necessary to build a larger town hall just for renting the areas and have more income.（理由不够强烈，安保能花多少钱啊？）

Fourthly, Last but not least, the old town hall has already been century years old had a history of 100 years and it It may have already been one of the spirit representatives of the town itself or at least be cultivated to.  In that case , or extra tickets incoming may get when tourists come to visit it.  Therefore, torn tearing (看来不完全是粗心啊) down the old town hall will diminish may cost loss of these incoming chances.

Last but not least, not a slightest piece of information has been revealed in the editorial as how much money will have to be invested in the new hall.  Without this most important number all the discussions related would be totally groundless and meaningless.（我感觉似乎这才是问题的关键，或者为什么社论要回避的地方。）
